This notice covers this marketing website (agentwarden.de), not the processing of data by the AgentWarden product when operated at a customer's site. Customer operation is governed by the respective contractual agreement with that customer.

This website is hosted by febas.de.
When you access this site, data technically transmitted by your browser is processed and temporarily stored by the host in log files (e.g. IP address, date/time, requested URL/file, referrer, user agent, possibly the internet service provider). This serves the delivery, stability, and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Cookies

5. Contact form
The contact form on this website does not send data to a server of ours. Instead, it opens the visitor's local email program with a pre-filled message (mailto procedure). No server-side storage of the entered data occurs through this website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication).
6. Hosting
This site is delivered as a static file, without server-side application logic. The host processes the data technically required for delivery (see section 3) under its own responsibility as a data processor.

Hosting provider (infrastructure), email service (sending/receiving messages), possibly an IT service provider (maintenance). No data is shared for advertising or tracking purposes.
8. Retention period

No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place (Art. 22 GDPR).
